You do not need a Vibes Gym membership to book.
OPEN DAY
Sunday 13 September · 10am to 6pm
The doors open before the timetable starts on the 14th. Come and see the studio, try short versions of the classes and meet the people teaching them. It costs nothing and you do not need to be a member.
Taster schedule
Every session runs for 20 minutes and they are all free. Each person can book 2 tasters, and you need to claim the free taster pack before you book, so read the steps below first. Spaces are limited and they will go. Try to arrive about 5 minutes before your first one.
All 15 taster sessions
Tapping a session opens it in our shared Vibes Gym booking system. Existing members use their usual login. New customers create a free account, and claim the free taster pack before booking.
How to book a taster
Create a free account, or log in if you already have one. Bookings run through our shared Vibes Gym system, so existing gym members use their usual login. It takes about 2 minutes and you do not need a membership.
Claim the free taster pack from the shop. It costs nothing and puts 2 taster credits on your account. It is 1 pack per person, so 2 tasters each.
Pick your 2 sessions from the list above and book them. Each one uses 1 of your taster credits and you will get a confirmation for each.
If your plans change, cancel from your account so someone else can have the space and the credit goes back to you.

Founding 16
That works out at £8.12 a class, our launch price and the lowest per-class rate on offer. It is a one-off pack rather than a membership, so there is no monthly commitment, and you get 6 months to use the 16 credits. Open to members and non-members.
We originally planned to make the Founding 16 available only at the open day on Sunday 13 September. But we know some of you simply cannot make it on the day, and it did not seem fair that you would miss out purely because you could not be there. So we have opened it early.
Prefer something monthly?
2 memberships for anyone who wants Vibes Studio to be part of a regular routine. Both start on Monday 14 September when classes begin, and you can join now and book your classes in advance.

Vibes Complete is subject to the £30 Vibes Gym Annual Enhancement Fee, charged on 1 October each year. Studio 8 is a studio-only membership, so the fee does not apply to it.
Already a Vibes Gym member? We can move you across to Vibes Complete without charging another setup fee, and we will make sure your existing gym membership is replaced rather than leaving you with 2 memberships running. Speak to the Vibes team and we will sort it. The Annual Enhancement Fee is the same one already on your gym membership, not a second charge.
Not sure which one? The Founding 16 is the flexible one: 16 classes for £129.99 with 6 months to use them, which is £29.99 less than 2 months of Studio 8 for the same 16 credits. Studio 8 suits someone who will reliably do 2 classes a week and likes a fixed monthly cost. Vibes Complete is for anyone who wants the gym and the studio together in one payment.
Studio classes are not included in a standard Vibes Gym membership. Vibes Complete is the one membership that covers both. Booking in advance is required for every class. Workshops and seminars are priced separately from class credits.

It uses stretching and targeted mobility work to prepare your joints for the demands of your sport, whether that is Hyrox, running, powerlifting, bodybuilding or just training in the gym. It draws on Functional Range Conditioning alongside more familiar yoga poses, so expect to work hard, with time for recovery and breathwork at the end.

Sarah Claypole
Yoga
- Midday Reset Yoga
- Wind Down Yoga
- Gentle Hatha Yoga
200 hour certified yoga teacher, trained with Sally Parkes Yoga School. Awarded Senior Yoga Teacher status by Yoga Alliance in 2026.
Midday Reset Yoga
Hit pause on the workday with a short class aimed at what desk work, driving and sitting or standing too long does to you. Breathwork to lower cortisol, calm a busy brain and sharpen focus, then mobilising the bits that stiffen up while sitting: tight necks and shoulders, compression in the lower back, tight hip flexors and chests, and gently waking the glutes and core back up.
Wind Down Yoga
Mental closure on a busy week, and whole body relaxation. Yin yoga deep stretches to work the fascia and relieve tension, slow calming Hatha poses matching movement to breath, then a guided meditation and relaxation in the last few minutes.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
Gentle and slow paced, to help you manage aches, pains and stress. The breath is matched to each stretch for maximum benefit, with plenty of guidance throughout. Poses are planned per class around the aches, pains and health conditions of whoever is in the room, and it finishes with guided meditation and breathing.
A health and safety consultant and incident investigator when she isn't teaching yoga.
Sarah Lou
Mums and baby classes
- Mums Pilates
- Mat Pilates
- Baby & Me Strength
Teaching for 12 years. Level 3 Diplomas in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Referral for specific controlled conditions, Sports Massage, Nutrition, Circuit Instruction, Indoor Cycle and Sports Conditioning. Mums Pilates
Designed and adapted with new mums in mind, helping restore and balance the body with a focus on posture, recovery and core strength. Sarah is qualified in pre and post natal exercise, so it is a safe place to start training again. The exercises target post natal needs and relieve the stress and tension after birth, building the muscle groups behind the functional movements and positions new mums end up in, including the demands of pregnancy, holding and feeding.
Mat Pilates
Builds deep core strength, tones muscles, improves posture and increases flexibility through low impact, controlled movements. It targets the abdomen, lower back, hips and pelvic floor to work on total body stability and joint mobility.
Baby & Me Strength
A class for mums with babies and tots, so there is no childcare to sort out. The focus is core strength, tone and flexibility. A way to train and meet other mums at the same time.

Wayne Mackerness
Strength and conditioning
- Morning Burn
- Morning Lift
- Sunday Sweat
Personal Trainer for 5 years, teaching outdoor fitness classes for the last 3. Currently studying to become a Health and Wellbeing Coach.
Morning Burn
The first class of the week at 6.15am, and it will wake you up. Conditioning work to get the heart rate going and shake the weekend off, with Wayne keeping it friendly and supportive whatever level you are at, and room to push harder if that is what you came for. You should leave energised and ready to take on the day.
Morning Lift
The midweek one, and this time the focus is strength. Working through the main movements to build strength you can use outside the room. Wayne makes sure everyone is comfortable with the weight they're on, and there's always the option to go heavier once you're ready for it.
Sunday Sweat
A later start and a full body session to finish the week off. Same friendly, energetic approach, and a good one whether you're rounding off a solid week or making up for one.
40, a dad of three, and a big fan of sprinting. He likes the speed, power and challenge of it, and is always looking to push himself further.
Studio hire
The room is available to hire by the hour outside class times. It suits photographers, content creators, personal trainers, posing coaches, small workshops and anyone who needs a clean, private space with good light and mirrors.
What you get
Sole use of the studio for your booking, mirrored walls, adjustable lighting, a sound system you can plug into, and 10 spin bikes if you want them in shot. Morrisons car park is under a minute away.
Who it is for
Photo and video shoots, content days, 1 to 1 and small group PT, posing and stage prep, workshops, seminars and rehearsals. If you are not sure whether it fits, ask.
How it works
Tell us the date, the time and roughly what you are doing, and we will come back with availability and a price. Hire is booked directly with us rather than through the class booking system.
Fake tan, body oils and chalk need clearing with us first, and there are conditions attached. Anyone working with under 18s will need to show DBS and safeguarding cover.
Your first visit
If you have never been to the studio before, this is everything worth knowing before you walk in.
Where to park
Use the Morrisons car park. It is under a minute's walk from the door, there are hundreds of spaces and it is free for 2 hours, which covers a class comfortably. There is no dedicated studio parking on the estate, so it is worth heading straight there rather than hunting for a space outside.
Which door
We are at 3E St Francis Way, 2 doors down from Vibes Gym on the same estate. Look for this signage rather than walking into the gym itself, because they are separate units with their own entrances.
When to arrive
Aim to get there about 5 minutes before the start time. That is long enough to get your bearings, grab a mat or get set up on a bike, and have a quick word with the instructor if it is your first class or you are working around an injury.
What to wear
Whatever you can move in comfortably. Trainers for anything with cardio, strength or boxing in it. Pilates, yoga and barre are all done barefoot or in grip socks, so you can leave the trainers by the door for those ones.
What to bring
Water and a towel, and that really is it. Mats and all the equipment are provided, so there is nothing you need to buy before your first class. If you would rather use your own mat then bring it along.
What happens when you get there
Tell the instructor it is your first class and they will take it from there, whether that means setting your bike up or showing you where everything lives. Every class is mixed ability with options given throughout, so nobody is expecting you to keep up with the regulars on day one.
If you are working around an injury or a health condition, or you are pregnant or recently postnatal, have a word with the instructor before the class starts so they can give you alternatives as it goes along.
Common questions
Do I need a Vibes Gym membership?
No. Anyone can book a studio class. Vibes Gym members pay less per class and less on the packs, but membership is not required. Studio classes are not included in a standard gym membership. The one exception is Vibes Complete, which bundles unlimited gym access with 8 studio classes a month.
Is there a monthly membership for the studio?
Yes, 2 of them. Vibes Studio 8 is £79.99 a month for 8 class credits, studio only. Vibes Complete is £124.99 a month for unlimited 24/7 Vibes Gym access plus 8 studio classes. Both refresh monthly with no rollover, both start on 14 September, and you can join and book in advance now. See the memberships section for the detail.
Should I get the Founding 16 or Studio 8?
They suit different people. The Founding 16 is a one-off pack of 16 classes for £129.99 with 6 months to use them and no monthly commitment, which makes it the flexible option. It is also £29.99 less than 2 months of Studio 8 for the same 16 credits. Studio 8 suits someone who will reliably do 2 classes a week and prefers a fixed monthly cost. Studio 8 is not replacing the Founding 16, they sit side by side.
What is the £30 Annual Enhancement Fee?
Every Vibes Gym membership carries a £30 Annual Enhancement Fee, charged on 1 October each year. Because Vibes Complete includes full gym membership, it carries that fee too. Vibes Studio 8 is a studio-only membership, so the fee does not apply to it. If you are an existing gym member moving to Vibes Complete, it is the same fee you already pay, not a second one.
I am already a Vibes Gym member. Can I switch to Vibes Complete?
Yes, and please do it through us rather than joining online, so you do not end up paying for 2 memberships at once. We will move you across to Vibes Complete without charging another setup fee, and we will make sure your existing gym membership is replaced rather than running alongside it. Message the Vibes team and we will sort it.
Where exactly is the studio?
Vibes Studio is at 3E St Francis Way, Shefford, Bedfordshire, SG17 5DZ. It is 2 doors down from Vibes Gym on the same estate. Park in the Morrisons car park, which is under a minute's walk and free for 2 hours.
How do I book a class?
Create an account, buy a credit or a pack, then book. Booking is open now and runs 14 days ahead. Tap any class on the timetable and it opens that session in the booking system.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 12 hours before the class from your account and the credit goes straight back. If you leave it any later than that, the credit is used.
I have never done a class like this before. Is that a problem?
No. Every class is mixed ability and the instructors give options throughout, so you work at whatever level suits you. If you are unsure which class to start with, message us and we will point you somewhere sensible.
How many people are in a class?
Somewhere between 9 and 20, depending on which class it is. Vibes Ride is the smallest at 9, because that is how many bikes there are for riders.
What should I bring?
Water and trainers for most classes. Yoga, Pilates and barre are done barefoot or in grip socks, and mats are provided. Try to get there about 5 minutes before the class starts.
Do you run classes for teenagers?
Yes. Teen Strength Club runs on Friday afternoons for 13 to 17 year olds.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes, to the right class. Mums Pilates and Baby & Me Strength are built around mums with babies and toddlers, so there is no childcare to arrange.
Can I hire the studio?
Yes, by the hour outside class times. Message us on WhatsApp with the date and what you need and we will come back with availability and a price.
Not ready to book yet?
That is completely fine. If you want to know which class would suit you, whether something works around an injury, or you just want a look at the room before committing to anything, send us a message and we will give you a straight answer. There is no sales pitch waiting at the other end.
You can also email hello@vibesstudio.com, or come along to the free open day on Sunday 13 September and have a look around with no obligation at all.
